Salt Corner

My name is Salma Ortiz and a Colorado Native. I completed my undergraduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at MSU Denver in the fall of 2020. I am now a Dietetic Intern at MSU Denver, where my goal is to become a registered dietitian. This website builds awareness of how high consumption amounts of sodium and salt can affect your body over the years, and it is known as the silent killer. This website provides insights into how much sodium and salt we consume and how much is really in our favorite fast-food restaurants. My biggest hope is that you learn something about salt and sodium.
